Dewayne A. Beery and Cynthia Steiger Beery Scholarship in Hospitality

About Provides one scholarship annually to a student enrolled at Buffalo State who has a declared major in the Hospitality and Tourism Department with a concentration in restaurant and institutional management.
Requirements Candidates must have a declared major in the Hospitality and Tourism Department with a concentration in restaurant and institutional management; if there is no concentration in restaurant and institutional management, the scholarship will be given to a student pursuing a degree in the Hospitality and Tourism Department who intends to work in restaurant and/or institutional management; be in good standing at Buffalo State; and have financial need as determined by the Financial Aid Office.
Semester(s) Awarded Fall/spring
Renewable The recipient will continue to receive the scholarship for up to three additional years as long as they continue to meet the above criteria.
