Candidates must apply for the scholarship following the process established by the School of Education Dean’s Office; the application must include an essay detailing the candidate’s involvement in the PDS and the PDS Consortium. If the recipient is a graduating senior who intends to enroll at Buffalo State the following academic year, the scholarship can be applied to their cost of attendance for that year.
