William A. & Virginia M. Troy Scholarship

Description: Annual scholarship to a student entering his/her sophomore, junior, or senior year and provide funding to help remove financial barriers to higher education.
Requirements: This scholarship is available to undergraduate candidates who must be a resident of Erie or Niagara County, have completed at least 30 credit hours, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25. Financial need. Preference is given to students of Polish ancestry.
