Barbara and Donald Nelson Scholarship in Art Education Fund

This scholarship is available to a full-time student enrolled at Buffalo State with a declared major in art education. Candidates must have completed at least 24 credit hours at Buffalo State, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in the major, and demonstrate academic and artistic excellence and promise for the future as evaluated by the department faculty. Preference is given to students with demonstrated financial need as determined through the Financial Aid Office (having next year’s FAFSA on file). Recipients may receive the scholarship in multiple years, however must apply each year.
