Zachary John Beveridge, '08

This scholarship was established by his adoring parents, Candida and Michael McMahon, and augmented by gifts from the family and friends of Zachary John Beveridge. Zachary graduated in 2008 with a bachelor of arts in history and a minor in coaching. One of his greatest passions was his love of football. In his 24 years Zack touched countless lives with his kind and compassionate ways. His spirituality and fun-loving nature made him the unique person he was. He cared deeply for those whose lives were in need of comfort and healing and made it his mission to reach out to them selflessly and humbly. Zachary was also a founding father of the Buffalo State chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi.

It is the hope of Zachary’s family to honor his legacy by presenting this scholarship to a student who shares Zack’s kindness and compassion.
